Our ED80 has arrived! Ended up going with the Skywatcher Pro Series (Gold one) with a 2" Bintel diagonal. Picked up a JMB solar filter too.... hope to do some solar imaging with the D70 soon.....
It resides on my camera tripod until the G11 arrives....
First light was today - a quick look at our favourite local yellow dwarf.... Beautiful!
