Hi guys and gals
I don't think I have posted an image of anything for a while due to work, university, or lousy weather. Last weekend was set to be a corker but with a new scope being shipped I didn't want to start a new project so I waited for it to come in the mail. To my surprise all of the parts came on Monday, and the skies looked good for a practice run.
The new scope is a Televue NP101 and this is 6 30 minute subs of ngc6559. I have some minor issues at the corners but I think I know the culprit as things are a little dodgily rigged together at the moment (Stuff waiting for adaptors I want to play NOW!)
I have been chewing Pauls ear off about it with excitement so im glad to be able to produce this.
This is also the first test of a home made dewstrap that I made using some nichrome wire covered in a neoprene sleeve which worked really well.
Thanks for looking
