Jimna Milky Way

Hi all,

I took the family camping to Jimna State Forest last week. We had beautiful clear dark skies on both nights, but the temperature got down to -3 degrees! (I'll post some frost macros in the Terrestrial photography section shortly).

Here's a panorama of the Milky Way taken just before the Moon set on July 2nd, so that there was a little bit of light from the crescent Moon illuminating the foreground (larger version here if you're interested). There's also a couple of other panoramas covering smaller parts of the sky.

Thanks for looking!

Cheers,
Stephen
