This was the last of the units available ex Saxon. I bought their very last unit they ever had. They usually sold around the $ 1,000 to $ 1,100 mark brand new.

I am simply never going to use this unit. I was going to use it as a guidescope but instead I have upgraded my strategy and am using Direct drive Eq mounts - an ASA DDM Direct drive DDM 85 and also a DDM 60 Direct drive Equatorial mount. These two mounts make guiding obsolete, thereby my purchasing this unit became superfluous to my needs as I do not have worm & wheel guiding error to correct for anymore.

Price $ 700

Pickup up ex Melbourne or shipment available nationally via courier (at actual cost).

Unit suits brand new buyer as all I have done is mounted it onto a tripod and had a diagonal inserted and tested it - once. It has never been used on the sky at all. It's performance and condition is perfect, absolutely mint

Thanks for looking.
