Source for small roller bearings in Victoria?

I'm looking for some small roller bearings, like those often supplied with commercial dobsonians for the az bearing. I'm not going to use them for that purpose, but that's the type of bearing I'm looking for....like what the 16" Lightbridge has, and other dobs.

anyone have a source for this in Australia, or Victoria in particular?

Thanks

Scott

Scott, you might try googling 'needle bearings' RS Components on line have them down to about 6mm id. Not having a DOB, I'm not exactly sure what you have in mind, but there are heaps of places in VIc. You might also look up CBC in your local area.

Hi Scott,

Not sure if this is what you are after but I recently saw a small pack of 6 bearings in Aldi. They were part of a kit to make roller blade wheels. They fitted a small shaft.

Rod.
