An Unusual Composition

I find this image a little/lot confusing, part of me likes it and another part of me doesn't. Pretty sure I like the sky and colours but not loving the foreground. And I do like the tree reaching and poking its nose into the Milky Way. Sometimes you just gotta know when to trash a photo or just call it abstract art

Thought's and CC's welcome.

Thanks for looking.

I really like this one, the colours are beautiful and the composition is good.
Great job, well done.

Hi Carlos, looks pretty good to me. What specifically about the foreground don't you like?

Nice one, Carlos.

The foreground looks a bit impressionist; like a Monet. It's different in texture (can't think of a better word this early in the morning) to the sky, but I don't mind it.

Adam many thanks for the feedback! I think it's the two bushes in the middle that distract me. But it's growing on me. Cheers

Cheers Astro_Bot! I squared the crop to give it a canvas painting look, so at least that came across, great thank you!

I like the composition apart from the fact that the primary colour is a green. So the overall effect is too much green.

Greg.
