IISAC14 Timelapse

Hi All,

I made a few improvement on my initial attempt at TL last year (unfortunately shooting it in portrait mode wasn't one of them ).

Nevertheless I hope you like it. Needs 720p HD/full screen for proper viewing. Comments/criticisms welcome of course.

Nice work Pete. I'd recommend playing it a bit faster. 24fps min, but 30fps is smoother.

Obviously that makes it over quicker, but it just encourages you to capture more sequences

Thanks Mike.

I actually tried running it at both 16 & 20 fps but had trouble with it breaking up when adding the soundtrack in VirtualDub so ended up leaving it at the default. Do you think it would be better to add sound later (I used movie maker for the final fade in/out & titles/credits).

Appreciate the advice,

Pete

Hi Pete

I typically use LRTimelapse or Sony Vegas to create the initial timelapses.

I use Windows Movie Maker (at the moment) to add music, transitions, title/credits etc.
