Thanks Screech, Chris and Rick. I'm getting there, slowly. The coma corrector arrived today (yay!) All installed and ready to go . Of course it will be cloudy now...

Chris, I have 9 bright streetlights within 100 metres of me to the west and NW and a bunch more further to the west, so the west is pretty bad. 7 Km to the south of me is Mackay city and about 5 Km to the East is a massive harbour and marina. LP is bad up to about 20 degrees but over that it's "manageable" with LP filters, more or less.
