Eclipse shots from Brunswick

It was great to see a good level of "cosmic awareness" in Brunswick last night here in Melbourne.

Armed with a short focus 80mm refractor attached to my DSLR, I sat by the railway line scanning the horizon with binoculars and was joined by others walking by also interested and asking about the eclipse.

Amazing sight seeing the eclipsed (but faint) moon rise and quite surreal in the urban industrial landscape.

Shots attached taken with a 12.5". 80mm short focus refractors and wide angle Sigma lens.
