Laptop battery replacement.

The battery pack on this laptop has died and i have been quoted well over $200.00 to replace it, not happy about that. Would anyone know where i could get a quote for having the batteries replaced in the pack as i think this would be a cheaper option.

Try www.thebatterydoctor.com.au.
They do replacement battreries as well as repacking.
You may find repacking quite expensive compared to a replacement battery.

Does it have an external supply socket? Maybe a larger capacity external battery & a plug to suit? L.

Give D.C. Batteries in Dean St. a try Pete, he's fairly reasonable in price on a lot of his batteries.

I never gave Dave a thought in town John, how silly is that he was a customer of mine when i was working at Radio Parts Group many years back.
