Solar mosaic 28-3-2014

Second image with the ZWO AMI 130 mono on my ED80 with Lunt filter. I have tried a higher gain and adjusting the gamma to get shorter frames. So much to learn.

3 images for surface detail and 2 for proms.

Thanks for looking and for any advice.

Nicely processed FD Patrick. Try to resist using too much gain unless you absolutely have to e.g. capturing faint prominences whilst trying to keep the frame rate at full bore. If you are going to use it, then make sure you take plenty of frames to make up for the noise.
