Game of Thrones Question

Ok a work colleague got me hooked on the TV series Game of Thrones and I have watched all three seasons. I can't say the BluRay discs are the best laid out because you don't know how many episodes are on each disc, menu sucks some have one or some have two episodes per disc. My question is has anyone else noticed the story jump without explanation from one disc to the other?

I can't say I have really noticed too many jumps, I guess it depends on what exact parts you mean.

Then again I have read the books so it's possible I am linking the story with what I have read.
George RR had said that at times the books are not in exact sequence, things don't necessarily happen in order or at the same time and you have to consider they have changed it for TV. The TV timeline is pretty much one season = a year which isn't the case in the books.

Thanks Jarrod. One particular jump was when at the end of last episode on one disc Arya Stark was with the Brotherhood and Sandor the Hound was being hooded and transported off somewhere but at the start of of the next episode Arya has somehow escaped the brotherhood and is travelling with Sandor the Hound whom she hated and wanted to kill. I might have to go back and watch these episodes again. Can't wait until the release of season 4.

I think there's something definitely out of order there, Hans. From memory, I recall Arya's escape.

Yeah, I think you missed an episode. In fact I believe we did the exact same thing but did a double take.
On our copy at least on one of the discs there are 3 episodes not 2 and that nearly caught us out.

I do agree with the poorly laid out format of the discs, this maybe goes to further prove case in point..
