DSS problems

Several images ago DSS said it was out of memory, and started to cut
corners off the images. It is still doing it, but taking larger and larger
chunks; my last image was only about 70 % complete. I don't use huge
numbers of subs, so anyone got any idea what's happening?
Maybe I should dump it and install it again.

First thing I check if it keeps saying that, is if I have 2x or 3x drizzle ticked under stacking Parameters, after you have clicked on register checked Images. It's usually the root cause of a memory problem, especially if you have no selection box on the main image.. Pic below showing you where they are...

Thanks Andrew, 2x drizzle is ticked, so I'll untick it and see if it fixes the problem.
