Zinio has 30% off digital mag subscriptions this weekend

I've been reading Australian Sky & Telescope on my tablet for the past few months but hadn't subscribed because there was no saving over the price of individual issues. However, this weekend Zinio has 30% off ALL subscriptions, so I finally decided to subscribe.

Having said that, there are two issues (as in problems).

1. The subscription is for 4 issues only
2. Annoyingly, the subscription automatically begins with the current issue, which I had already bought as an individual item. There is no option to delay the start, so I've had to contact their support team to fix this (hopefully).

If they fix the start date problem, I'll get 4 issues for $17. Not bad. Might be worth trying if you're contemplating the switch to digital mags.

Hi Morten, what is the size of the PDF?
Just wondering as a few of the digital mags I get have crap photo resolution.

Not sure of the exact size, but I haven't had any issues with photo quality. On my 21.5" iMac the photos look good when zoomed. On a 10" tablet they look great.
