For sale is a working kendrick premier heater strip for a 10" ota. You could probably use this on a smaller ota such as an 8" as well, with a bit of overlap.
Control box is not included. This strip is about 10 years old, and while the elastic has stretched a bit, it is still fully functional and is much more effective than the firefly heater strips. These sell for $125 from Bintel.
