Witch head nebula

Image details:
FSQ106N
Mount: G11
STL11k self guided
Astrodon LRGB gen2
Lum: 25x 15min (Bin1)
RGB: 3x 10min on each channel (Bin1)

This is my first go at LRGB from dark sky and I must say I am hooked. I feel very depressed when I look up in the sky from my backyard

The image was taken from Mansfield during the long weekend break couple of weeks back. 3rd straight night proved to be less productive than the first two and the main reason behind less than ideal RGB data.

Nice and colourful. There's a huge massively bright star just out of the field to the right. Adds some interesting illumination into the image.

Greg.

Yep there is a big one there :p
I was trying to keep it out of frame and didn't expect the illumination which worked out alright at the end I guess
