Help needed

I took a 2hour exposure of horse head stacked in dss and processed in lightroom. The result was a very blown out yet recognizable image.

Yesterday I another three hours of exposures taking the total to 4.8 stacked them all together but this time in lightroom, I'm not able to get any image from it.

What could I have done wrong?

i have no experience with either of these programs, however it may be usefull to post an image of what your explaining to help with the diagnosis.
