AR1944 from Melbourne

Well kept the telescope outside after my first run on Mars this morning and imaged sunspot AR1944 with a 2 x Barlow and the 12.5" f/5.

My oh my, what a huge sunspot, and could not fit the entire sunspot group on the CCD chip.

Seeing was good by Melbourne standards but never quite steady enough.

Best 200 frames from 20,000 frames processed in AS2, Astra Image and CS3.
