registax 4 Q

i have found the last few times i have used the multi point alignment in r4 that the first alignment box aligns perfectly the the second jumps around all over the place... anyone got any ideas why this would happen?
its not the location of the alignment box as if i restart the proces and have the "jumping location" as my first aligment point it works fine but any susiquent point jumps around like its got jumpin beans or something!

What is the FFT set to?

What size alignment box?

Lester had a thread here on MAP in R4 the other week which may answer these questions for you.
