A stellar toombstone RCW103 in Norma

Hi
Last night I got RCW 103, a supernova remnant in Norma, about 1000 lightyears away.
4x5 mins ISO800, with uhcs and uv/ir filter, 10 inch f5.6 scope, coma corrector.

Modded 350D camera used
I got a bit of the much larger and fainter RCW106 at top left.
Its odd that not that many colour images of RCW 103 exist, though theres plenty of images at other wavelengths doing a google search.

Came across this article on RCW103 on Science Daily a site I regularly read as it saves trawling through a lot of journals.

Then I remembered Scott had imaged it recently so I thought I would make reference to it as it seems the central remnant to be behaving quite strangely.

Thanks all. Also thanks for that science info Bert.
I found RCW 103 by chance with my unmodded 300D, it appared reasonably bright on DSS survey images, so I went for it with the 300D. Of course the modded 350D is much better for H alpha emitters liek this nebula.
Ive not seen many other amateur images of it. I imagine it would be a challenge to see visually.
