Explore Scientific 4.7mm 82"

IMHO Possibly the best kept secret in astronomy are these ES 4.7mm

Why do I voice this opinion? I have now had the opportunity to undertake substantial side by side comparisons between this ES eyepiece and the Televue 5mm Type 6 Nagler with three different telescopes and my overall conclusion is that there is no discernable difference between them despite the ES costing almost half the price of the Nagler!!!

Brand new an Explore Scientific 4.7mm now costs $179 with delivery from VTI optics

Selling this one which is in brand new in the box condition for $110 (this price includes postage with Aust Post tracking anywhere in Oz)

Pick-up also available for anyone in the Sydney area

Thank you for looking and please send PM if interested
