Jupiter & Mars Nov 26th

Imaged Jupiter this morning in reasonable seeing for the alt. Have attached one RGB & 742nm IR data set. There are a couple of white ovals in the STB preceding the GRS, some impressive festoons impinging into the EZ from the NEB and a prominent small red oval in the NTB following a red barge.

Moved on to Mars for my first Mars data of 2013, have attached a 742nm IR data set. This was captured at only 25 degrees alt but the Propontis Complex is resolves as is Olympus Mons.

Regards
Trevor

Perfect imaging, can't wait to see what you do with Mars when it is overhead.

Thanks to all who commented, it's been pretty lean pickings of late with only occasional relief from the Jetstream, however I remain optimistic that it will all turn around shortly.
