Omega Cent

Found some long forgotten data on a hard drive I pulled from an old PC nearly two years ago.... PixInsight did the grunt work, PS6 for final colour.

The link is here

A not too shabby example of what can be captured from the 'burbs ?

Very very nice. Those central stars are beautifully resolved.

Nice image, Peter! Probably a matter of taste but the centre is a little flat?

Ta, but I disagree about the flat bit....it reminds me much more of Omega when seen through an eyepiece...the core has subtle glow...which it probably why I posted it

Looks great. I would love to see a comparison between images processed your old way and then with PixInsight to see the difference. It seems that you like the new program.
