Comet C/2013 R1 Lovejoy

Morning all, I waited all night for Ison but the Lovejoy pictures came out much nicer

So just thought id share my Lovejoy attempt... Tried to squeeze some more data in the processing but I have given up for now.

Final image was made up from 65 x 40second photos.

Cheers

That came out quite nice. Careful of blackpoint clipping. Which scope or lens?

Thanks, yeah it was a 4am rush job , they're the nicest comet pictures ive taken so far but I killed the background in that dodge process.
Need to spend some time trying to get the best out of the data, so many ways to tweak the pictures....
Its a blue tube Skywatcher 254x1200 newt with a 450D Canon.
