viewing discovery

will it be possible to view discovery from sydney?
specifically with a "department store telescope? (i didn't buy it, i was given it)

You'd be best going for a naked eye view - it'll look like a star that moves.

Go to www.heavens-above.com and type in your location, and it'll give you pass details for your location.
