JUPITER and Moon thing last night 27th June....

Hi All, much of the same last night, but seeing peaking around 4/10 just enough to warrant using the 4x powermate. Moon was just about to transit.

straight registax this, I might try a sep R,G,B later.

Man you've had a horrible run with the seeing lately Rob It's enough to make a man sell his kit

Like Asi and Lester though, think of it as practise. When you get the good seeing nights, like they did on the 23rd June, you'll be ready!

some seeing would be nice, but I'm not letting it stop me. this is my fifth night of imaging on the run and I count myself lucky I've been able to avoid the cloud that long. sooner or later the jetstream's going to get tired and take a brief holiday... i want to be there when it does

anyway, when the seeing's bad it has the opposite effect on me for some reason, makes me want to buy new kit

Nice shot for what we had last night Rob. It was pretty horrible up here as well.

Image looks a bit red to me, but who would take notice of what I say about colour??????????????
