its a homemade job but good mirror and theres 1k of eyepieces there. I reckon they would take $1500. Resell the eyepieces and you got a big mirror for $500.
Yeah this thing appears an absolute bargain. Reduced from over $3000. I'd say it's in a class where hard physical work, not views, starts to become the main aspect of the observing experience.
Yes I have been keeping an eye on this , what a bargain for a 17.5 incher , pity I am in OZ working .
