Milky Way

Hi all, i had another go at getting the Milky Way from the tripod tonight along the Great Ocean Road.

I got a few decent pics that i am still processing in p/s cs2, this is a quick re-size of one of them.

350d tripod mounted 10-22mm lens.

I can honestly say I have missed your work Trevor. I have been so wrapped up in Jupiter and work, basically skipping any DSO stuff onthe forum.

Every time I go out at night and see the central bulge, it reminded me of the great images you posted last year.

Is looks so fantastic rising out of the tree line!! Well done!
