4-Frame Solar Mosaic - 19/08/13

I was able to sneak a quick imaging session today. This is a 4-frame mosaic of the disk and a further 4-frame mosaic of the prominence detail combined.

It looks like there will be some more solar activity arriving in the next few days as there is a large but still faint prominence on the lower east-side of the solar disk.

Yep hug prom today. I got some more testing done on the monster 9.1mp camera but was surprised to see this. Well done on your capture.

Thank you for your comments. It's a no go for imaging here this morning due to thin hazy cloud.
