M16 Eagle Nebula in LRGBHa

Hi,

I captured this M16 between 7pm and 2am on the cloudy night of 29th July 2013 from my backyard. I managed to capture L: 10x10min, RGB: 3x10min each and Ha: 10x20min automated with CCDAutoPilot 5. 10min set up went about my daily chores and to bed, next morning all raw data were in the designated folder.

The blue color at the top is the cloud rolled in while capturing through blue filter.

Very nice image. Great detail. Pitty about the clouds. I have been out shooting this target too the last couple of nights untill the clouds rolled in.

Thanks John, I guess M8, M16 and M17 are good targets at the present, crossing meridian about 10 pm.
