There is a similar sign on the pub at Cringilla, opposite Port Kembla steel works, that says the pub is a husband creche or similar.
If I can find the photo I'll post it.

Apparently the Surveyor General at Berrima has a husband creche sign, complete with "must be toilet trained".

I was quite surprised to find the local supermarket here like a coles has in the middle of the fruit and bread section a pizza bar where you can have a cup of beer as well while shopping.

David Jones Elizabeth St (the women's store) has had seats for bored husbands for decades, on the higher floors...

I got two tubs of them the other day.

Plus they have staff on roller skates who do the price checks.
