Nebulosity preview image shows very little

If I use EzCap from QHY9 and take test images its all good! But when I use a recently purchased Nebulosity and take test images I get dull images. Is this a setting thing or a driver issue? I'm lost and have played with every setting under the sun.

Thanks for the links; Ive just finished going through them. I can see the image (poorly) if I go extreme with the B&W settings in the display toolbar. Im stumped!


Edit - I fixed it! If you pick Ascom drivers and QHY9 then in advance settings tick the "no USB during readout".
