GumTree - Anyone use it, or can help me?

I've heard good and bad about it, but my brother here is after a motorbike bit, and there is this piece advertised on GumTree. E mail back and forth has proved fruitless, so in desperation I am looking for someone in Adelaide, (Gawler East, SA5118, is the address given) to help.
