AS&T electronic edition

The June-July edition was due 5th June. Has anyone with an electronic subscription been able to access it yet? I can't.

Not for me either. I raised this issue in another thread. I emailed the publisher and after no response rang them they hadn't actioned my email and said that they would ask the developer and I should contact Apple, update my software or it was a problem with my Appleid. They said that I might have a response on Tuesday. We will see.

I have tried everything that I can think of to try and fix my issue, in a way I am glad that its not an isolated case.

Refining the Inquiry - Apple products only

Since it seems the non-Apple platform device mentioned seems to work OK, perhaps we should do a quick straw poll of all iPad, iPod, iPhone users who have an AS&T subscription. If there are enough of us, it may get through to the publishers that this IS their problem.
I expect I will have to start a new thread to set up a poll. I'll try that and see how I go.

Just voted "no" I intend to send another email to publisher and see what they are going to do about it after I tried to fix the problem myself.

The likely culprit

I just noticed that since the previous edition - which was released 17th April - there has been an update to the app released on 3rd May with so-called bug fixes. My guess is the updated app is not functioning properly. PUBLISHER PLEASE NOTE.

This posting from AS&T on facebook a short while ago:
"Hi Peter. We have let Apple know that there is a problem and are waiting to hear back from them. Thankyou for your patience. Hopefully it's something small and can be fixed quickly."

Yeah!! We hope so too.

Me too. Not too impressed by the response from the publisher though - almost as if it was not really their problem nd they were doing subscribers a favour by getting Apple to fix it. Didn't sit too well with me I'm afraid.
