My first LRGB capture processed in Pixinsight

M20 - Triffid Nebula


GSO 8 inch reflector
Heq5pro
SSAG
IDAS LPS P2
QHY9 Mono @ -20c
L=6x600sec, R=4x600sec, G=4x600sec, B=4x600sec
20xDarks, 20xFlats, 20xBias applied

Looks really good Nice colours. Try running SCNR to remove that green.

Great data acquisition. You've clipped all channels though. You need to drop your black point significantly in PI then redo your color balance. This way you'll get more details and pleasing colors.

The detail is there and the guiding is good. You just have to hone up on your processing skills. At least you're starting nice software. The PI forum http://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php can be quite helpful.
