Moon & Spica - Moon & Saturn

A few quick images

1. The Moon and Spica occultation (almost).
22nd May 2013
Canon 600D 75-300mm @ 300mm 50% crop

2. Moon & Saturn
23rd May 2013
Canon 600D 75-300mm @ 300mm
also added a 200% zoom on saturn

The moon in both images are a bit overexposed as to bring out Spica & Saturn.

I like the wide view with Saturn.
I must say I have never really noticed the darker 'spots' on the Moon as they appear in your images - wide fields give such a different feel!
