Geomagnetic storm in progress

Kp index just went to 5 and prediction is for storm conditions for the next 24 hours. I plan on going quite late to a southern viewing point.

Yeah I got something. I reported in the other thread on this, but I will repeat here.

The storm died off significantly by moonset. I did get quite a lot of time lapse with green airglow and a very small crown of aurora on the horizon. At KP3 is was tiny but I will post something when I have processed the data.
