Possible CME show

I noticed the Aurora is up to 60GW, may be a show tonight?

Dave the kp index has been 4 and above for a few hours now. Moon light is stopping anything being seen at present. Going to image until about 2 or 3 and with any luck i will get something.

Plenty of colour in the south here this evening. Unfortunately it was autumn foliage, not aurorae. Activity level seems to have been dropping.

Cheers -

Well there was colour after moonset but the auroral storm had died down then. I have images with tiny little peaks on the horizon and heaps of green air glow. Just on moon set the storm went back to KP3 and then KP2. Robbed again. Maybe tonight if the cloud clears out.
