Alpine Sunset

Proof that I do occasionally take photos whilst the sun is up. Just going over some older pictures and came across this set. I was at this location with the aim of doing an all night timelapse but the cloud you can see in the valley to the left of frame had other ideas.

Compiled from two images. One for the foreground detail and the other for the sky. Put together using luminosity masks in PS CS6

Mt Feathertop is to the left of the sun and Mt Buffalo (another of my favorite locations) is in the far distance on the right.
