Its all relative....

Not sure of the original source, but I got this in my e-mail today and thought it was worth sharing. Kind of mind blowing and puts things in perspective.

Note...view them in order to follow the sequence and get the most impact

2nd note....I haven't confirmed the validity of this, but it seems to ring true.

(If someone has seen this before and knows of the source...let me know)

OMG ..... That is Awesome Andrew, I have the Earth Sun representations as a laminated card I use at public nights to convey the scale of things.
I had not seen the scale of our sun to others though !
Could you Email the original, I would love to get the star images too.
I often explain that these stars would fill the orbit of the earth around the sun, but I don't think most people grasp just how big that is !
