Can someone please turn a video 90 degrees for me?

I've had nothing but trouble with it. I have a video mp4 on my phone-camera that is sideways on the PC and I can't seem to rotate it.

I can email someone an 8mb vid, or dropbox.

Anyone up for it?

Use VLC player.
Goto tools -->> effects and filters and then video effects and you can turn the video the way you like.

Did that while playing and displaying IN VLC, but how do you save it like that?
