Fire in the Sky

A distant smoke stack belowing flames is what's lighting up the edges of this sandstone cliff. The tide was going down but occasionaly a large wave would break over the rocks and pool at my feet.

Oh thank you so much Marc, I'm very glad you liked it!

I'm trying to get as much practice in as possible before my trip to Euskadi at the end of the year, 5 weeks to squeeze in family, Mountains (Pyrenees), Sea Side Cliffs and Caves.

Wow Carlos, you definately found the right spot for this composition, a couple feet either way could have been detrimental, Top choice & well done

Thanks Adam Bare Island in La Perouse. The smoke stack with flames which is lighting the background is from the Kernel Refinary.
