If I may ...
There is quite noticeable lateral chromatic aberration (17-40 is known for it), which is easily corrected in PS. I've spent about 5 seconds correcting it, I'm sure it can be done much better (especially in Canon's own software which models lenses individually).

"Red sky at morning, sailor take warning". A cue to head west for the eclipse?

Beautiful photo all the same and only earlier this afternoon we were chatting about that week at Palm Cove. Plan to get back there in August.
