NGC6164 & NGC6188 in RGB and NB

This is a blend of RGB, NII and OIII.

NII to red and OIII to blue and green.

RGB exposures 16x4 min
NII exposures 16x16 min, OIII 11x16 min.

The RGB will be a bit better when these objects are higher. I was hoping to do a mosaic of two panels to get more of NGC6188 but weather/cloud as usual is not good.

Great shot Bert. There's a fair bit of nebulosity extending on the other side of the bipolar nebula. Very nice field. One of my favourite objects.

One really nice thing is that the Astrodon filters have the same star profiles whether RGB or NB. it makes processing so much easier.
