NGC3372 in Hubble Palette

Managed to get almost three hours of Eta Carinae with the ED80 last night (6x10 mins Ha, 6x10mins SII and 5x10mins OIII) mapped in Hubble Palette.

Comments Welcome.

Thanks Marc - had to compress the small version a lot to get under 200k. Really enjoying the NB filters with this scope - so much easier to do long subs than with the newt.

Looks really good Peter, of course I would turn up the colour saturation huh? ...

Great result

Thanks for the feedback Laurie, Mike, Dave and JJJ. Really enjoying the NB imaging with this setup - can't believe I've had it sitting around for so many years. So much easier to set/pack up than the 10" Newt too.

I like the detail, but can't help thinking it looks a bit washed out???

Needs more "punch" - especially in the green. It's the whole art vs science thing...

Just my 2 cents worth,

DT
