Milkway taken in 2010

Hello,

I have been silent / disappearing from this forum for years. Now I have quit my teaching job to step into a retiring life (actually not so true). So, from this year, my new life starts, and, I can now have more free time on astronomy again and processing my old data from this year.

Attached is an image taken about 3 years ago but finish the processing recently. I think I had captured some very good data. However, my processing skill is very limited/poor. I can only know about stretching the LeveL bar, Curve and Color balance bar, none to masking techniques. For me, I have much difficult on how to color balance it well on either the star or the milkyway color.

That has been my best effort on doing it. Hope you like it, and welcome to have a play on my image, if you find my presentation a bit weired.

For larger image, please go to the following link and have the photographic data.

Any comment are welcome, and thanks for looking.

Very nice William, welcome back!

I'd probably add some yellow or blue to the image, it feels a bit red, but lovely!
