Ngc 104

Hi all,

Don't see as many globular images on these threads: so here is one of mine.

Scope: 80mm F6.25 refractor
Camera: ATIK 320E

Enjoy!

Very nice image, but M104 is the Sombrero Galaxy? Not sure which globular it is!

Break down in labelling of files between imager (me) and processor (wife)... it would appear that this is NGC 104....

A nice Tuc 47 - well resolved & showing plenty of the fainter stars.
Well done.

Thanks for the comments!

Definitely enjoying imaging more as I get more used to it, and my wife is getting better at processing too.

Pity about the weather lately though...

Nice image, Grant.

I'm afraid I'm responsible for the weather. I got a new Losmandy G11 three weeks ago and that's clearly caused the clouds to just park over Canberra for all that time :-(
