Milky Way & Trifid

Hi All,
We finally had a few good clear nights here, so results herewith of the Milky Way (wide angle) and a CROPPED image of the Trifid Nebula (M20), taken with the Canon (mod.) & the ED80.
The Milky Way is 5 x 6 Min. Exp.at ISO 800- DF removed- guided.
The Trifid is 6 x 6 Min. at ISO800-DF removed-guided, cropped 1/4 of main Pix.- I used CWB- white paper for both as I seem to get more exact colours this way, eg. the Trifids Red/Blue, wonder has anyone else tried this method ???.

cheers......Jim
