EOI Pier

Hi All,

I have a number of tube steel available to create a pier and wondering how many Perth'ites might be interested in supplying basic pier set-up using some metal tubing that I have available.

The tubing is based on the photo attached although I will be welding a base, Gussets and potentially EQ 5 or 6 mount head. The mount heads though I am not sure of at this stage.

Please note this is an Expression of Interest only I need to know how many people might be interested before I start creating.

The outside diameter is 175mm with a 6mm thick wall. I have 4 or 5 left, can't remember exactly.

As much as I would love one, I hadn't planned on a pier just yet (Rental property... trying to work out how to make a removable/hideable pier) but could be interested in getting hold of a bare pipe to sit rusting in the shed until I need it

Actually I was looking at how I can use the pier as well. I also live in a rental as well.

For the moment I am looking at how many people in WA are interested and will consider making them. I really do not know how much it will cost at this stage.

If there was enough interest I would just go ahead and make them. As long as the cost is not prohibitive for me they should not be prohibitive for anyone else.

I will continue to build these and will keep all updated. Please be aware I am not flushed with cash at the moment so it may take a bit of time to commence work properly but at least I will start the tube cutting soon.
