Lacewing

Hi all,

Here's a couple of macro images of a lacewing that I found on my ceiling. It was a bit of a challenge because I had to use liveview with the camera at arms length to be able to reach high enough, but I managed to get a couple of OK images.

Beautiful, there is so much detail. Great close up with the compound eyes, they are really amazing things.

Nice shots! shooting at arms length pointing up is certainly not the easiest that's for sure.
